Run the season from one place: blinds and daily guns, group payments, waivers and license checks for every hunter in the party. Then put your outfit in front of the people searching for duck and goose hunts.
We call you, show you HuntReserve with your own hunts, and set you up.
The short answer
Waterfowl outfitter software books duck and goose hunts by the gun and the day, gets a waiver and license from every shooter in the party, and handles deposits, weather cancellations and the waitlist. HuntReserve does all of that, then adds a website and a marketing team that put your blinds in front of hunters searching for guided hunts.

Built for how you run
Generic booking tools treat a hunt like a kayak rental. Here are the parts of the job they get wrong for waterfowl outfitters, and how HuntReserve handles each one.
Daily capacity per hunt type stops overbooking, and every party member registers themselves, so a swap is a link, not a phone call.
Turn on per-hunter payment links and let each shooter pay their own share. The spot holds once the group is paid.
Wind, temperature and water levels on your dashboard, and a waitlist that refills cancellations automatically.
Members, dues and a running ledger sit alongside your day hunts.
How it works
From the first search to the review after the hunt, here's what you and your hunters actually do.

Hunters land on your website from Google, AI search or an ad, pick a hunt, a date and party size, and pay a deposit to your Stripe. For private hunts you approve them first and they book with a one-time code.

The lead hunter shares a link with the party. Each hunter registers, signs your waiver (with a parent co-signing for kids) and uploads their license, which is read and checked against their name. The Check-In Board shows who is still missing something, with one-click reminders.

Balances are invoiced automatically before the hunt, with reminders if they're late. If you turn it on, each hunter pays their own share. Payments, refunds and expenses flow into QuickBooks.

Base Camp shows today's parties, the weather and river levels. Camp Mode signs late paperwork with no signal. After the hunt, log the harvest, file tag reports, track processing, and collect each hunter's feedback and photos.
We call you, walk through HuntReserve with your own hunts, and set up your packages, waivers, payments and website.
What you get
All of HuntReserve comes with every package. These are the features that matter most for your kind of hunt. See every feature.
Set how many guns, blinds or seats each hunt type holds per day; the booking page stops at full.
Optional per-person payment links, so the lead hunter isn't fronting the whole group.
Each member of the party fills in their own details, signs the waiver and uploads their license from their phone.
AI reads each driver's license and checks it against the waiver signature before anyone shows up.
When a date is full, hunters join the waitlist. A cancellation offers the spot to the next in line.
Wind, temperature and river levels on your dashboard every morning.
Members, dues and a running ledger for clubs, leases and season-pass shooters.
Waivers, guardian signatures and license photos captured with no signal, synced when you're back in range.
Hunters rate the hunt privately and share their photos, so you hear what went right and what to fix.

Buyer's guide
How a duck and goose season actually runs, and what your waterfowl outfitter software has to do at each step of it. Written for guides who set decoys at 4 a.m. and do the books at night.
It should handle the whole season around the blind: who is hunting which day, how many guns each spot holds, whether every shooter is signed and licensed, and who still owes money. Duck and goose outfits have a rhythm other hunts don't. Parties of four to six book together, the season may be split, migration and weather move demand week to week, and a cold front can fill the phone overnight.
Before you compare tools, check them against the parts of your season that cost you time today:
It sets a daily capacity for each hunt type, and the booking page stops selling at full. If a pit holds six guns and your timber hole holds four, each becomes its own hunt type with its own limit, price and deposit rule. The Hunt Calendar shows every day against those limits, so you can see at a glance which mornings still have room.
Party changes stop being phone calls too. When a shooter drops out and a buddy steps in, the lead hunter sends the same link and the new hunter fills in their own details. You see the swap on the Check-In Board instead of in a text thread at midnight.
Draw your fields, blinds and pits on the property map, and log harvests where they happened. Over a few seasons that tells you which spots produce on which winds.
Good waterfowl outfitter software turns a cancellation into a filled spot without you working the phones. When a party cancels, the spot is offered to the next hunter on the waitlist with a 24-hour claim link. When birds pile in and you have an open blind, Open Spots pushes it to your approved hunters and shows who booked from it.
Base Camp puts field conditions on one screen each morning: hourly and 16-day forecasts, wind direction and gusts, the pressure trend, sunrise and sunset, the moon phase and river levels from nearby USGS gauges. It won't decide whether to hunt, but it puts the information in one place before you load the boat.
If you do call off a hunt, refund a card payment in one click or move the party to another day, and the day-before message tells everyone what changed.
Take a deposit at booking, invoice the balance automatically before the hunt, and let each shooter pay their own share if you want to. Any waterfowl outfitter software you consider should do all three. That last part matters on duck hunts, where one guy usually books for the group and then spends a month collecting from five friends.
With per-hunter payment links turned on, every shooter gets their own link, and you see who has paid on the Check-In Board. Late balances get a reminder by email and text. Cash, checks, Venmo and Zelle can be recorded against the booking, so the books match what actually happened at the truck.
Sell the extras on the same booking: lodging, meals, bird cleaning or a second morning, all priced in and synced to your own Stripe. Customers, invoices, payments and refunds then flow into QuickBooks Online.
Every shooter should arrive registered, with a signed waiver and a license on file. Each hunter in the party fills in their own details from their phone, signs your waiver and uploads a photo of their license. AI reads the license and checks the name against the waiver signature, and flags blurry photos or an expired card before the hunt.
Youth hunters sign with a parent or guardian co-signing on the same form. If someone shows up at the ramp still missing paperwork, Camp Mode captures the waiver, guardian signature and license photo with no signal and syncs it later.
Waterfowl hunters 16 and older also need a current Federal Duck Stamp along with their state license. Add it to the what-to-bring reminder so nobody finds out at the blind.
Waterfowl outfitter software only fills blinds if hunters can find you. Most of them search Google or ask an AI assistant for a guide near a place: a state, a flyway town, a well-known marsh. The search table on this page shows how many people do it. Your job is to be the outfit that shows up, with photos, prices and a way to book.
HuntReserve is booking, waiver and payment software with marketing attached, for hunting outfitters, guides, lodges and fishing charters, with a national marketing team behind it. Every package includes a custom website on your own domain. On Full Draw and Trophy Class, the team builds local SEO around your marsh, the towns your hunters drive from and your season dates, runs Google and Meta ads timed to the migration, and works on AI search so assistants can describe your outfit accurately.
Feedback does the rest. After each hunt, hunters rate it privately and share photos, so you know what to keep and what to fix. See the full feature list or request a call to walk through it with your own hunts.
HuntReserve runs from $159 to $899 a month across three packages, and each one has the full platform and a website. Opening Day ($159) keeps 2% of each online card booking; Full Draw ($329) and Trophy Class ($899) keep nothing. Card processing is Stripe's standard rate in your own Stripe account, and you choose whether hunters cover it. Ad spend is paid straight to Google and Meta.
Seasonal outfits should run the booking fee against the season, not the month. A $50,000 duck season booked online by card costs $1,000 in booking fees on Opening Day. Whether Full Draw is worth more than that depends on how many empty blinds you had last year. If you also run spring turkeys or a lodge, one account covers it; see all outfitter types.
Packages

Questions
Yes. Club members, their dues and a ledger of what each one owes live beside your day-hunt bookings. Lease members and season-pass shooters get a hunter portal where they see their hunts and documents, so you don't keep a separate spreadsheet for the club.
Yes. Open Camp Mode on a tablet once while you're online. At the ramp or in the blind, it captures waivers, guardian signatures and license photos without a connection, then syncs everything once you're back in range.
Yes. Youth hunters register like everyone else, and a parent or guardian co-signs the waiver on the same form. The Check-In Board shows a missing guardian signature before the hunt, not on the morning of it.
Yes. Every dog in the kennel gets its own profile, and each retrieve is logged so you see a season tally per dog. It sits next to the harvest log, which builds season totals and birds per hunter on its own.
Automatic reminders cover the balance due, missing paperwork, what to bring and a day-before message, by email and text. If plans change, message the party straight from their booking instead of starting another group text.
No. Put a Book button on your existing site or embed the booking page in it. Each package also comes with a new site built on your domain, so you can switch over whenever it suits you.
Yes. Invite guides and staff with their own access. Owners and managers see payments and reports; guides see the hunts they're running. Camp Chat keeps the crew talking without a dozen group texts.
Tell us about your outfit. We'll call you, walk you through it with your own hunts and get you set up.
