Lodging and rooms
Cabins and rooms with nightly capacity, an occupancy grid, and lodging priced into the booking.
Home / Outfitter software / Lodges
Hotel software doesn't understand hunts, and hunt software doesn't understand rooms. HuntReserve does both: beds next to hunt slots, meals, guides and multi-species packages on one booking, with the books kept in QuickBooks.
We call you, show you HuntReserve with your own hunts, and set you up.
The short answer
Hunting lodge reservation software books a guest's room and their hunt together: beds by night, guided days by hunt type, meals and extras, with one deposit and one balance. HuntReserve is booking, waiver, payment and marketing software for hunting outfitters, guides, lodges and fishing charters, with a marketing team built in.

Built for how you run
Generic booking tools treat a hunt like a kayak rental. Here are the parts of the job they get wrong for hunting lodges, and how HuntReserve handles each one.
Units, beds and nightly capacity with an occupancy grid, booked together with the hunt.
Packages and add-ons across species and seasons, priced automatically.
One organizer, many guests, each registering and signing on their own.
Payments to your own Stripe and QuickBooks sync for your accountant.
How it works
From the first search to the review after the hunt, here's what you and your hunters actually do.

Hunters land on your website from Google, AI search or an ad, pick a hunt, a date and party size, and pay a deposit to your Stripe. For private hunts you approve them first and they book with a one-time code.

The lead hunter shares a link with the party. Each hunter registers, signs your waiver (with a parent co-signing for kids) and uploads their license, which is read and checked against their name. The Check-In Board shows who is still missing something, with one-click reminders.

Balances are invoiced automatically before the hunt, with reminders if they're late. If you turn it on, each hunter pays their own share. Payments, refunds and expenses flow into QuickBooks.

Base Camp shows today's parties, the weather and river levels. Camp Mode signs late paperwork with no signal. After the hunt, log the harvest, file tag reports, track processing, and collect each hunter's feedback and photos.
We call you, walk through HuntReserve with your own hunts, and set up your packages, waivers, payments and website.

Buyer's guide
A lodge sells nights and hunts at the same time, and most software only understands one of the two. Here's how to choose a system that handles both.
A hotel property management system (PMS) is built around rooms and nights; hunting lodge reservation software is built around the hunt, with rooms attached. That difference shows up the first time a party of six books three nights, two days in the duck blind and one day on the quail course.
A hotel PMS will happily sell the beds, but it has no idea that your blinds hold four guns, that every guest needs a signed waiver and a license, or that the third day's hunt costs more than the first. A hunt booking tool knows the hunt but treats the bunkhouse as an afterthought, or leaves you tracking rooms on a whiteboard.
What a lodge needs is one booking that holds both: who's sleeping where, which hunts they're on, what they're eating and what they owe.
The guest picks the hunt, the dates and the party size, then chooses a unit and nights in the same checkout. The price includes the lodging automatically, and the deposit covers the whole stay.
Behind the scenes you set up each cabin, suite or bunk room with how many beds it has, its nightly capacity and its nightly price. The occupancy grid shows every unit by night, so you can see at a glance that the main lodge is full on opening weekend but the river cabin still has two beds. A full night can't be sold twice.
Hunts run on their own daily limits at the same time. The Hunt Calendar shows each hunt type against its cap, so a lodge with plenty of beds can't oversell a field that only holds eight guns.
Build packages the way you already sell them, then hang the extras on as add-ons. A package can charge by the hunter, by the day or as one flat price, with its own deposit rule and a list of what's included.
Meals, a fourth day, a sporting clays round, extra birds, trophy fees and processing become add-ons the guest picks at booking. Combo trips, like ducks in the morning and quail after lunch, or a spring turkey hunt with a day of fishing, work as packages across hunt types and seasons. Everything syncs to your own Stripe, and the total updates as the guest adds things, so the deposit is right the first time.
AI quote drafts help with the custom requests that don't fit a package. Open the inquiry, click Draft reply, and HuntReserve writes a quote using your real rates. You edit it and send it; nothing goes out on its own.
One organizer books the trip, then every guest registers and signs on their own. The organizer shares a single link; each guest enters their own details, e-signs your release and snaps a photo of their license. Nobody has to collect forty pieces of paper at check-in.
If the company is paying, the organizer pays the deposit and the balance. If it's a group of friends, turn on per-person payment links and let each guest pay their share. The Hunt Progress board tracks each guest through registration, signature, license and payment, and one click reminds anyone who's behind.
Guests under 18 sign with a parent or guardian co-signing on the same form, which helps when a client brings his kids along for a father-and-son weekend.
It should, and HuntReserve does it by sending the money where your accountant already looks. Deposits and balances land in your own Stripe account. Invoices, payments, refunds, expenses and customer records flow into QuickBooks Online automatically.
Payments made by cash, check, Venmo or Zelle get logged against the booking too, so the guest who settles his bar tab with a check at the end of the week doesn't fall through the cracks. Log fuel, feed, leases and staff pay, and you can see profit and loss by month and by hunt, which tells you whether that late-season package is actually paying for itself.
Staff roles keep the money where it belongs: owners and managers see revenue, while guides see their hunts and the cook sees who's in camp.
Plans are $159 (Opening Day), $329 (Full Draw) or $899 (Trophy Class) monthly, and every plan includes rooms, hunts, waivers, payments and a custom website for the lodge. The lowest plan adds a 2% booking fee on online card bookings; the other two have no booking fee.
The top two plans also bring in a national marketing team: search rankings near your area, AI search visibility, paid Google and Meta campaigns, monthly content and Google Business Profile management. Card processing runs at Stripe's standard rate in your own account (see Stripe's pricing), and you decide whether guests cover it.

If most of your nights are sold to travelers who never hunt, through hotel booking sites, a hotel PMS with a channel manager is the better fit. HuntReserve is built for lodges where the hunt is the reason guests come and the room is part of the trip. Many lodges run several kinds of hunts across the year; see how HuntReserve covers each one.
If you also rent rooms to guests who don't hunt, ask about it on the call. We'll show you how your units and packages would be set up and tell you plainly whether HuntReserve or a hotel system suits that part of the business better.
Packages
Every package includes the full HuntReserve platform and a custom website. Full Draw and Trophy Class add the marketing team. Ad spend is paid directly to Google and Meta.

Questions
Hotels generally use a property management system, or PMS, often linked to a channel manager that lists rooms on travel booking sites. A hunting lodge needs something different: a system that books the hunt and the room on one reservation, with waivers, licenses and hunt-day limits built in.
Hotel PMS vendors each price differently, so ask them for a quote. For a lodge, the fairer comparison is one system that handles rooms and hunts: HuntReserve runs $159 to $899 a month with a website included, versus paying for a hotel system and a hunt tool and making them talk.
Yes. Turn on lodging for a package and guests choose a unit and nights in the same checkout as the hunt. The price updates as they choose, and the deposit covers the whole trip.
Yes. Put a Book button on the site you have, or place the booking page inside one of its pages. If the site is tired, every plan includes a new one on your own domain.
Yes. Automatic emails and texts cover the balance coming due, any forms still missing, a packing list and a note the day before arrival, each timed the way you set it.
The waitlist offers the open dates to the next guest, who gets 24 hours to claim them. You can also push the opening to approved past guests through Open Spots and see who books.
The booking page lives online, but check-in doesn't have to. Open Camp Mode on a tablet while you have a connection, and waivers, guardian signatures and license photos keep coming in with the satellite down. Everything syncs once the lodge is back online.
