Let's get your outfit set up
Tell us a little about your operation. We'll call you for a HuntReserve demo with your own hunts, then set up your hunts, waivers, payments and website with you. No credit card, no commitment to talk.
About the call
What happens in a HuntReserve demo?
A HuntReserve demo is a 30-minute call where we show you the booking page, waivers, license checks, payments and marketing using your own hunts, prices and season. If it fits, we set up your hunts, waivers, Stripe payments and website with you, and you can be taking bookings within days.
Is there a free trial?
No self-serve trial. Instead, the HuntReserve demo uses your real hunts and prices, so you see exactly how your season would run before you decide. Talking to us costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
What should I have ready for the call?
Just the basics: the hunts or trips you sell, rough prices and deposits, your current waiver if you have one, and how you take bookings today. If you're switching from another tool, tell us which one so we can plan the move.
How fast can I start taking bookings?
Usually within days of the demo. We set up your hunts, packages, add-ons and waiver, connect payments to your own Stripe account, and import your customer list.
Do I have to replace my website?
No. Every package includes a custom website, but if you love the one you have, add a Book button or embed your booking page and inquiry form instead. See every feature or the packages.
What does it cost after the demo?
Packages are $159, $329 or $899 a month, each with the full platform and a custom website. Full Draw and Trophy Class add a marketing team and drop the booking fee to 0%. Ad spend is paid directly to Google and Meta. See what each package includes.
Does it work for fishing charters and lodges too?
Yes. Ask for a HuntReserve demo for a charter, fly fishing guide service or lodge and we'll show trips, seats per boat, rooms and waivers for every guest. See outfitter software by type.
